Fitzgerald Building Certifiers commenced operations in July 2005, in the advent of the de-regulation of building approvals and inspections within NSW. As a result, Accredited Certifiers issue Construction Certificates in conjunction with compliance of the Building Code of Australia and Council Development Consent conditions.

The business was initially formed to inspect and certify Building Code of Australia Compliance for Architects & Developers.  The business was the result of a combination of a rapidly expanding building industry & a highly motivated Director. The opportunity to diversify and expand the Company was immediate. Additional services were developed to accommodate the ever-increasing client base.  

Fitzgerald Building Certifiers was set up to specifically cater for the needs of the residential building market. However, we are accredited to issue Construction Certificates from a garden patio through to multi-unit developments.
